Canyon Pines Metropolitan District is located on the north slope of Coal Creek Canyon in Arvada, Colorado. The site wraps around the base of Coal Creek Peak to the south and east along the moderately trafficked Union Pacific Railroad with immediate road access to CO-72. Rolling hills on the property’s east side are met by rising cliffs and sparse pine forests, giving way to the steep, rocky walls of the inner canyon. 90 home lots are being developed.
